About the event
“And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul” - John Muir
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku (or Forest Bathing), this gentle, 3-hour Forest Therapy walk will invite you to slow down, awaken your senses and nourish relationship and reciprocity with yourself and the natural world.
Things to note:
Wrap up warm! The walk is a very slow and gentle amble through the Forest and at times, we won’t be moving at all. As such, we won’t be working up much body heat, so be sure to bring enough layers to keep warm and dry.
Be sure to also wear appropriate shoes for the muddy Forest trails. Wellies/boots might can be good, as some sections are waterlogged.
Registration for the walk can be paid on a sliding scale (anywhere from 20 - 40 EUR) depending on how much you feel you can…
